Lady Kris is Lady Like, the newest Image to hit the Mic! Blazin’ the scene with her music, Lady Kris is the new genre of the millennium. This Female Hip-Hop Phenomenon began writing rhymes as early as she can remember. Along with her 18 years of dance training, 4 years of teaching and choreography, and her strong stage presence, says Lady Kris is a true artist and entertainer!

Lady Kris was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. She became a lyricist at a young age, using writing as a way to express herself and a way to get through life struggles, that she had to endure to make her who she is today.

In 2002, Lady Kris did an internship at the Broadway Dance Centre in New York City; later moved to the Los Angeles area to pursue her career in the music industry. In 2006 Lady Kris began working on her album….In March she opened up for MC Magic, In April she shared the Billing and the Stage with “Bone Thugs-n- Harmony and in July she blew the stage up as opened for “Paul Wall”

Her Debut project entitled ”Give Me The Mic” released on Burbank Boutique Label…Anutha Records will definitely make it’s mark in the Industry and will serve as the new blue print for Hip-Hop to come.

    After one listen anyone with any heart can tell that this Bakersfield native has given a musical effort worth noting. This female artist (I hesitate to use the adjective “rapper”) has created a new niche in the Hip Hop world by delivering an album that is striking in contrast and socially relevant to today’s society. Production could be stepped up in quality. However, that is up to the genius that allows them self to invest into this notable artist and give her the opportunity to have quality studio gear. The talent is there! All she needs is a great producer. So listen to this female artist give rise to a new way of dong music. 4ist Beck @ INTHETREES studios.

    It sounds like she’s rappin straight off the paper. Theres no emotional intensity, and her voice is not convincing. Im just sharing my opinions, im a female rapper to, so when I hear other females I listen for other elements and this artist is not convincing. The songs are coo especially”why do I” I like the chorus and the intro everything is coo except for the voice.
