Greenbrier Records is proud to present The KinFolk with their latest release "Memories" featuring Darrell Johnson on acoustic "scratch guitar", Sammy Johnson on five string banjo.
Al "Smiley" Clowser on flat top acoustic rhythm guitar, Patricia "Pat" Grahe on bass guitar, and Linda Cole on bass guitar and tambourine.
The KinFolk band was formed in 1975 and made their first record, a 45 RPM disc for Greenbrier Records in 1976, and was part of a CD compilation released by Greenbrier Records in 1999.
"The Memories" CD is a re-release of selections first released on cassette by Greenbrier Records in 1997.
The KinFolk currently performs in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the Pennsylvania area.
The KinFolk is known for their unique style of bluegrass, folk, and old time music with great accent on the spoken word.
