    Caught Kimi Band live and she/they rocked! Bought this CD just to show my appreciation and got quite a treat. Creative and emotive sound that exudes artistic energy. Played it at least 500 times, it still makes every road trip. My advice, buy the CD and make some road plans to see Kimi live.

    I listen to this album at least once a week - or I try to. I have hundreds of discs - this one is in the top ten for songwriting and musicianship. Buy it and reward yourself for spending the money well.

    This record would give Sheryl something to Crow about!! This record is a real Jewel!! Liz would think that it's not Phair that she didn't write these songs!! Alanis would More or less Set the record straight, saying these songs are phenomenal!! Ani would state very DiFrankly that these songs are superlative!! The Indigo Girls turned a deep shade of Blue, holding their breaths waiting to write songs like these!! Melissa wants to form an army in their honor...the Melitia Etheridge!! Long live Kimi!!

    I've never met Kimi, but I feel I have learned alot about her life and her inner feelings just by listening to her "Porcupine Girl" CD. The words in every single track of this CD are personal and honest. The music just flows from song to song. Listen closely to the many different instruments used in the songs, and you will soon realize how incredibly talented all these musicians truly are. Kimi's amazing vocal range brought chills to my body.

    I have been eagerly awaiting Kimi's second release... and I am definitely impressed with 'Porcupine Girl'!! Listening to the first few notes on the CD, I knew this one is a keeper! Each song paints a vivid picture, and the songs will not leave my mind! Mending is my favorite, but I love all the songs... way to go, Kimi! You outdid yourself again!

    This cd is soooo easy to listen to...the acoustic music is beautiful, the lyrics are deep...I can't stop listening to it! The songs are very true, very real.....and full of soul! I highly recommend PORCUPINE GIRL!!
