What is “KeCraig“?
Well, aside from being what my father called my brother from time to time (and I CraiKeith), it is a brotherly jam between myself (Keith Howland of the band Chicago)and drummer Craig Howland that occurred at my house over the Thanksgiving holiday. Having not played together for many years, we decided to go into the studio, press record and see what happened. With only guitar and drums we spontaneously made music for about an hour with no intention of anyone ever hearing it but us and the wall. No songs or even ideas were in place when we began recording. It was all off the top of our heads from the word go. Once I began listening back to what we had captured and added some bass, “KeCraig” was suddenly becoming a legit project. Jeff Babko layed down some killer keys that glued the project together and produced the final result. Lots of fun!

Howland does it again
author: Preston FrazierAs a Chicago fan, my biggest disappointment with their last study album (XXX) was that Keith Howland played on just a few of the tracks. KeCraig again proves with Keith Howland is able to do it allowed a little playing room. Craig and Keith do a remarkable job playing some great fusion. How about another gentleman?
Good stuff...
author: Larry AvilaThis was a great CD to listen to on a long-road trip. For something that was just done on the fly, it had great flow.
No Surprise, great talent
author: Jenny MartinLove it, love it!! Band name's easy to pronouce for anyone who's ever experienced parental "roll call". Very clever, and great rock/jazz. Looking forward to more. And hopefully, soon!

author: Steve JosephIt's great to have brothers playing together. As a long time Chicago fan, I think Keith is the best guitarist around. The CD solidified it. I hope this is the first of many.

What a great gift these two brothers have given us - the chance to "sit in" on their jam session. As a listener, I truly felt like I was there. I hope this is just the first of many more KeCraig collaborations to come! Thanks guys! Holly Henrey
Keith's done it again!
author: Melinda MillerThis time Keith Howland shows us that his musical maestro-ness runs in the family. It’s beyond fabulous to hear Keith get to do his own thing, especially with his brother Craig, (vs. the well-rehearsed Chicago tunes we all know and eternally love-I’m a HUGE Chicago fan). I had to buy two of these cds. My friend Karen will be getting an early birthday present this year :-). I know she’s going to enjoy this cd as much as I do.
