Kat'Taylor is a seasoned veteran of the Chicago musical theatre and cabaret stage. She has toured the country as Fantine in Les Miserables and as Madame Giry in Phantom of the Opera. She has graced every major stage in Chicago and won critical acclaim from audiences and critics alike. On this her debut recording, she chose to highlight the great talent of Chicago composers. The result is an eclectic blend of great music from jazz to country, pop to musical theatre.

    I am extremely impressed by Kat Taylor's voice & interpretations of these selections, but also, by the range of talent in the composers and arrangers featured on this CD. I truly hope they all continue to create and get the recognition and play time they deserve. The 2nd track, The Ghost at the Bijou, is really amazing. Please try this!
