Dr. Kathy Milano is a Clinical Psychologist and Angel Therapy Practitioner® who uses an integrated approach to healing, psychotherapy, and evolving consciousness. Dr. Milano is committed to empowering clients to access their strengths and innate healing abilities to live more meaningful, balanced lives. Recognizing the influence of the whole person - mind, body, & spirit - from many levels of consciousness, Dr. Milano works within the belief structures that are unique and meaningful to each individual. Her psychotherapy work includes many techniques to support the wisdom of the individual’s ability to heal, including cutting edge treatments such as Evolving Thought Field Therapy (EvTFT) and the newest offspring of this treatment, Heart Assisted Therapy (HAT), which allows for rapid clearing and healing of trauma and any life circumstance which has disrupted the experience of balanced living.

Led by Spirit to work with the Angels and the Ascended Masters, Dr. Milano pursued training with Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., Sonia Choquette, Ph.D., Brian Weiss, M.D., Steve Rother of Lightworker.org, Linda Dillon of Council of Love.org, the Center for Conscious Living, NJ, and others to expand her spiritual awareness and elevate her ability to commune with the heavenly realms. As an Angel Therapy Practitioner®, Dr. Milano offers a clear translation of heavenly messages and healing energy in her Angel Healing Sessions. These sessions are profound healing journeys which allow one to receive the messages and energy healing brought forth by one’s Higher Self, the Angels, and the Ascended Masters.
