For the past 10 years, DJ Kash Monee has proven that he is more then just your ordinary, around the block DJ. His ability to combine together different songs to make a flavor of beats and melodies for the club and the streets is one of the reasons; he is one of the most sought out DJ's in the industry. Turning his personal hobby into a hot commodity and making his own mark in the booming entertainment industry all on his own. DJ Kash Monee is known for his street mix masterpieces and putting together unique rhythms from independent and local artist. His mix tape Dollars and Sense Volume 1 and 2, are continually climbing the charts, and over seas market.


A native of Miami, Florida, DJ Kash Monee became fascinated with the art and technique of scratching records, at the young age of 15. By trial and error, he began perfecting the technique of scratching. After, studying the technique of becoming a DJ, he finally wanted to pursue his hobby on more professional bases. Realizing it would take more money and better equipment. He became very inventive and learned how to build additional equipment, and begin spinning for his neighborhood. Eventually, he became close with a deejay named "D.C. FATS", who realized, DJ Kash Monee was someone with special, natural, born talent. D.C. Fats, seeing Kash needed to develop more, took Kash under is wing and they begin traveling together, creating music for the streets.

Under the training of "D.C. FATS", Kash became skillful DJ and mastered the turntables.
After, becoming a master of the turntables, he begin finding a need to help local and independent artist, and eventually put together a smashing mix cd, with different artist. So, they could be heard all around the country. The success of that project has made him popular with independent artist, who seek him out to break and mix their tracks.


After, 20 years in the game, DJ Kash Monee has realized his potential of moving beyond the turntables. Becoming one of the hottest radio jockey's on the Internet radio, with at least 1.8 million listeners, tuning in every Saturday and Sunday on www.im4radio.com. Now you can catch him on the hot new show " The Street Beat Review " on the station. WMET 1160am World Radio each and every saturday.
Realizing his acting and comedic skills, he has put his creative juices to work and will be venturing into television, with numerous TV and music projects on the way. DJ Kash Monee will soon be on PAX television and doing his own show on local access network, along with his partner Ray (DC music and models). He is now working on another mix tape project," Dollars & Sense pt. 3 the dvd/cd. which will surely be hot and hitting music stores soon!
