With the help of musicians via the internet, I write songs(which include the melody and/or lyrics) and record them to make a finished and complete song with me singing lead and backup. Sometimes, other musicians sing as well.
As a writer, my influences are Don Henley, Jewel, Carol King, Dolly Parton. I love stories in song and like to focus on a story and lyrics more than the arrangement.
Vocally, I am told I sound somewhat like Jewel and Olivia Newton-John, but I have also been told that I have my own unique sound.
