Rachel is not in a hurry on this cd. Contemplative at heart, Rachel's style is like liquid silk. Her musical muse, with it's authentic gentleness will touch you as it does her.

Being so moved,IF YOU KNEW was a song born after awaking from a wonderful dream . Deliciously savoring the concept of being loved by both GOD and by others, she sings this song like it is ie; the tenderest and truest of love songs. She even sings and speaks in Italian in order to make her point.

During the creation of this cd, Nine Eleven "happened" and so also the song. She writes about the irony of what NEVER happens in a perfect world. The lyrics tenderly speak of the specific horror of 9/11, but also embraces anyone in sorrow. She extends comforting lyrics that reach out gently like a kind hug. Not forcing the listener to be "all better" in a hurry,she weaves a melody that visits the heart and helps it heal in time.

IF I COULD is about the desire to live more in the present, yet it savors the nostalia of yesterday ...." If I could rewrite yesterday, I would slow down time, stay lost in the moment, turn seconds to lingering hours"...This song takes it's time...as it summons the heart to recall sweet memories.

Spontaneously creative Rachel's piano style provides a magic carpet upon which her voice can fly........straight to your heart from her's with love.
