As a licensed massage therapist, I have seen indisputable evidence of how interconnected are the body and soul. Throughout our muscles, organs, blood stream and skin, we store every emotion-both disappointing and triumphant. Our bodies are a living testament to our thoughts, our beliefs and our life's work.
A "body of work" is no different. It is the outward manifestation of all that's within us...our time and talent offered to the world, with our philosophy for living, our victories and our defeats branded onto every portion.
My body of work is my music. And a long stretch of my life's journey is recorded within its melodies and lyrics. I have comforted sore bodies with my hands. And my music is designed to bring the same comfort to the soul-starting with my own!
Released in 1997, Reflections On Life..thoughts in solitude, is my first musical work. I had just returned from a year and a half long bike ride tour across the U.S.A. and parts of Canada tour. Using mostly melodic instrumentals and sparce vocals, Reflections is a favorite companion for the heart and mind needing peace and calming.
