good, introspective music
author: meA very good CD, I listen while doing yoga or vision work. Good for meditations, too, I imagine. It has a sorrowful mood behind the music, aided by the resonance of the instruments. I've found that to be useful while working on clearing sadness out of this life. Beautiful stuff, I recommend it.
