    A very good CD, I listen while doing yoga or vision work. Good for meditations, too, I imagine. It has a sorrowful mood behind the music, aided by the resonance of the instruments. I've found that to be useful while working on clearing sadness out of this life. Beautiful stuff, I recommend it.

    we first heard jesse at the desert botanical garden, and since then had to get more of his cds for family and friends. his music speaks to the soul. i use it when teaching my yoga classes, and also to fall asleep to at night. thank you jesse for such beautiful music. :-)
