Joseph Visconti, a performer and composer has created a mix of Americana music with a spiritual message for the Country. With rhythmic music, his beautiful lyrics penetrate the heart and soul of America.
In collaboration with musicians from Hartford, Connecticut to Nashville, Tennessee, including famed guitarist Jeff Pevar, world-renowned harmonica player Charlie McCoy, background vocals from the legendary Jordainnaires and Visconti’s lead vocals, “America” gives solace and inspiration to those in the line of duty and their loved ones praying for them.
Working for years as an activist, an advocate for the disabled and a New York trained actor and mentor to the young, Visconti brings a unique focus to this musical message. He believes that “the healing of humanity can be accomplished most effectively through art.” In addition to this single, he will be releasing multiple CDs from his vast repertoire of music including Visconti’s “The Madonna”, a three-act broadway epic currently in pre-production.
