British guitarist Jon Beedle has been around for over three decades playing guitar around the world both in the studio and on stage. Jon has worked with keyboard player Don Airey and recorded with saxophonist Snake Davis who’s contributions can be heard on Jon’s new album “Long Time Coming.”
As well as recent appearances in the UK at The Birmingham National Indoor Arena, The Birmingham International Conference Centre, and The Australian High commision in London, Jon has performed in Reykjavik , Bucharest and Athens.
Jon's plans for 2006 include a trip to Poland to record an orchestral piece for his next project, performances around the UK, Germany and Dubai and starting work on the next album as well as some session work on various projects for other artists.
Jon’s new album “Long Time Coming” is a guitar instrumental album featuring Jon’s own compositions which reflect the many different musical influences that have shaped his style and sound. With a range of musical styles including rock, jazz, blues and even a little classical, together with a wealth of top session musicians including saxophone maestro Snake Davis, this album is a must for any serious guitar fan. Jon plays acoustic and electric guitars, guitar synthesizer and percussion, all with a flair and finesse that comes from over 30 years playing experience.

Velvet Music with a great guitarist touch!
author: PAULINAMusic by it's very nature effects the mind and emotions and Jon does this with his exemplary guitar playing immersed in a velvety smooth musical bed of exceptional backing musicianship. When I first heard Jon's music it took me to a visualization of all the exciting vacation spots I've been to where the water laps at your feet and all your senses are in high gear. If you want a chance to experience all your senses in high gear musically I suggest you take a listen to Jon's well recieved CD "Long Time Coming"!

author: Paul CurtisVery few instrumental albums by guitarists are this varied or universally appealing. I am sure this will be enjoyed not only by guitarists and other musicians, but also by anyone who appreciates quality music.

A testament to guitar playing and musical styles
author: Dave BrooksOn the one hand this album is weird - a mixture of musical styles that on the face would seem strange to have on one CD. However, the other hand clearly displays a virtuosity and mastership of guitar playing styles that not seen very often. Quite simply, an awesome listen!

An excellent eclectic collection of music
author: Kevin HallFile under "Eclectic" this is great! The best part of this album is that it dosent sit in a box! Opening track reminds me of Acoustic Alchemy, but the influences are diverse and Jon's unique style ensures the listener always finds something new on repeat listening.
A good musical mix, well put together and well played
author: Marion FurnissI can play this cd anytime, anywhere due to the mix of musical styles. It never gets boring like most other instrumental albums and keeps me interested from start to finish. I quite often play it through twice at a time. Jon Beedle is a fine composer and a great musician. I thoroughly recommend this album.

Excellent, brightens up any dull day, easy listening
author: Teresa RekowskaEasy listening, great music whilst driving long distances. Good mix of jazz and rock and classical, guitar playing is awesome. Very innovative mixture of sounds. Highly recommended.
The musical styles may be diverse but...
author: Craig WilliamsRuss Freeman, Joe Satriani, Brian May, Acoustic Alchemy, Django Reinhardt in one bite-sized chunk? It'll never happen. Think again. Jon's latest album has it all and no, it's not an album struggling to find an identity. The musical styles may be diverse but get through the album and just see if you have an overwhelming urge to press play again - you will! A real winner that deserves a very big audience.
