notes
There have been a lot of comments about this artist, "windham hill-sounding", "relaxing", moody music, great songs and lyrics, as well as the feedback about guitar style. "John has his own take on blues music", its simple yet moving, and sounds like he does live. With the additional vocals of Allison Ingram, especially noted on the songs "Are you really gone" and "Pass on By", which are crowd favorites, and the lead flute sounds of Esther Golton, the music has its own unique sound.
This is John's second CD, the first CD done as half of 'Cook and Greene' a popular group with a CD that sold out and is currently out of print...temporarily. Over all, this is lyrics that will make you think and a feel that will move you.

Foot tapping Peaceful Music, a keeper
author: JuneI play this Cd whenever I need peace in my life. Cool lyrics like "Roll up your sleeves and let your colors fly", excellant vocals, exciting guitar. Definately a Cd I'll keep in my collection.
