Jesse Jennings is a talented singer, songwriter and musician whose dreams of becoming a professional singer began at an early age in his hometown, Dublin, Texas. His singing career began with local talent shows and karaoke, but he wanted to pursue more.
Once he realized his small town could not hold his aspirations he started playing in venues throughout Texas. He has been fortunate to open for many national acts at Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth, with his previous band Sister Jill. Now, all of these experiences have led Jesse to what he has been wanting since he was a young boy.
His new album self titled “Jesse Jennings” is a compilation of songs that he has written over the last nine years. His music and lyrics are a reflection of his life -- he writes what he knows. His songs are a part of who he is, and through his music he can share his story with thousands of people.
Jesse’s music and stylization is influenced by artists he admires such as Bob Seger, John Mayor, Bob Dylan, and James Taylor.
When People ask Jesse what his music sounds like he responds with “Like nothing you ever heard before. It’s country with a twist.”

AWSOME
author: Rafael De Leon Jri saw jesse jennings perform in laredo, tx at RUMORS and was my first time there too, as a buddy of mine got drinks at the bar, the band started playing and we got hooked on his music. The song "here i am" is my favorite one and is the first song i play on his album...but the rest of it is really good, keep it up jesse...

The song More Than Friends is by far my favorite song on the album, but the entire album is well worth it.
great cd but better live
author: WilliamI got the chance to see him play live. His style is unique and very impressive for such a small band. His music hits the heart and soul. Heartbreaks, real love, and a little about Jesus, his music contains it all in a small town twist. This cd is a must buy!

author: Trey GillThis CD is amazingly brilliant! Every song is different but contributes to an overall album meaning. I got it and still cant stop listening to it. Its an outstanding mix of slow and fast songs evoking many, many emotions. Each song has something any and everyone can relate to. I have to say that out of all of the songs "More Than Friends" is my favorite. Its a song I think everyone can relate to and probably has gone through. GREAT ALBUM!! I want more!

author: KimberlyThis cd is phenomenal!! It's the only cd I've ever owned that I can listen to over and over and over again without getting tired of hearing it. I love that there's a great mix of texas country songs with more pop-country songs. I can personally relate to a lot of the songs and lyrics so that makes them special to me. I highly recommend this cd for all music lovers.
