JeKo was born out of the encounter between two Neapolitan musicians/producers, Simone Frendo (Musician and former singer with Balaperdida) and Sergio Liguori (Dance producer, who so far remixed Hybrid on Distinctive Rec., Katap and Chronic Flakes on Bustin' Loose Ltd., and who also works as a sound engineer). JeKO play a peculiar mix of electro sounds and funky rhythms.

A breath of fresh air!
author: Hockey PuckWondefully danceable, funky electro grooves from Jeko. 'Take Care About Ya' has 'dancefloor' written all over it, and one suspects it won't be too long before it's heard on one near you. A very promising sign of things to come.
Electro-funk brought to a new level. In one word FRESH!
author: InnercityrockersJeKO is in full swing! This debut EP is excellent and reveals all of JeKO experience, both live and in the studio. It includes two fantastic sing along items like Take Care About Ya and Love Robotic, where the funk wraps jacking electro sounds you cannot resist to dance to, that would definitely deserve high rotation on radio and music tv channels. While Keep Controllin' and Two Machines unveil the more techno-y side of this duo who would not be out of place in Berlin. If you were looking for the next Elecvtronica phenomenon, stop searching, you have found it right here! I cannot recommend this EP more!
