NEW RELEASE of Jeff Ciampa on WAVETONE RECORDS
We are excited to announce the release of Contemporary Jazz guitarist Jeff Ciampa's newest recording, "House of Mirrors", his second on Wavetone Records.
This record is a manifestation of the beauty, simplicity and space of the contemporary jazz guitar trio. It showcases Jeff's extraordinary fluid and melodic style in a highly creative setting. Joined by the legendary rhythm section drummer Danny Gottlieb and Grammy Award-winning Electric Bassist Mark Egan, Jeff continues to explore and expand upon his evocative guitar style.
The eleven original compostions feature the trio in a wide spectrum of contemporary styles ranging from Blues, Funk, Straight ahead and free form jazz to ECM influenced trio and duo improvisations.
The audiophile quality of this CD was recorded by award-winning engineer, Richard Brownstein at Electric Fields Studio in Warwick, New York.
All the songs were recorded live with no overdubs so the music you hear is the sound that Jeff, Mark and Danny heard thru their headphones as it inspired the music that was created on "House of Mirrors".

Great!!!
author: SabausuThe sound is great and smooth. His melody is soft and bright. I felt of inside of his mind from the CD what he did want to sing a song by guitar.
