notes
Live at the Casbah, a DVD Video, is the first video release from the Jon Butcher Axis. Filmed in late 1984 in Manchester, NH. Over 78 minutes in length. Hear and see songs from the first three Axis albums, plus three unreleased tunes (Hand Full Of Silver, Rock Me, and When You Were Mine).
Although this video is 20 years old, digital technology and New Hampshire's The Troupe have made this video look and sound like it was recorded last week. Axis members in Live at the Casbah are Jon Butcher, Derek Blevins, Thom Gimbel, and Tim Archibold.
This is not a country specific DVD, so it should play in all DVD players.

For Diehard Fans Only.
I'm a HUGE fan of J.B.A./Jon Butcher, I have all of the original releases & I've seen them live, so I was really stoked when I saw this DVD listed. The playing is tight & the song selction is good. BUT, the quality of the audio/video is only so-so. It's a 1 camera shoot & the sound is only okay at best. If you're new to J.B.A. there are better titles to start with. If you're a diehard like I am, then you may want to get this just to have (or if you're like me, to re-live the concert).
