notes
japaneseCARCRASH is a blend of Synth-Pop & Industrial music envisioned and carried out by Texas native Casey LeBleu.
japaneseCARCRASH uses a blend of vintage and modern synthesizers to create its unique sound. japaneseCARCRASH also uses a variety of gadgets such as an Etherwave Theremin, Moog ring modulator, stylophone, vocoders and a Synare 3. The final result is then mixed by Steven Seibold @ Uniform Media.
japaneseCARCRASH has shared the stage touring with Mankind Is Obsolete and Information Society's Christopher Anton. From industrialized Detroit, to the legendary Phantasy Nite Club in Cleveland through Texas and the glitz of Hollywood always bringing the noise !
japaneseCARCRASH has been remixed by: INFORMATION SOCIETY, HATE DEPT. & AMERICLONE
REVIEWS & REACTIONS:
"melodies and moments of intensity make the album worth a listen...
...the closest comparison I can honestly come to is Skinny Puppy
with way synthier/dancier beats and melodies as well as vocal lines."
- Lord Lycan @ Heathen Harvest
"loaded with smooth, focused synths, aggressive industrial influence...
...topped off with excellent remixes by Hate Dept. and InSoc's Paul Robb"
- Rev. Daryl Litts @ Deadbolt Magazine
"...catchy stuff, bordering on futurepop."
- Andy Zebrowitz @ Mirrorshades.org
"The strengths here are definitely in the musical compositions, the driving rhythms, reminiscent of classic electro, and multiple layers of engaging synthetic sounds." - Nathan Clemence @ Connexion Bizarre
"Cool Tracks" - Paul Robb (Information Society / Think Tank)
"Notable material of the Electronic trends" - DJ Luiz @ Elegy Ibérica
"Speedy and intelligent" - Luminatrix @ Heathen Harvest
"Pretty Cool" - Meg Lee Chin (producer / engineer / artist)

GOODMachine!!!
author: Jeff WhiteI bought this cd on a whim..I had come across their page on myspace some time ago. I was really taken by what I heard online, and wanted to hear what else this band(one man band?)had to offer. I must say it was definently worth checkin out! Darkened Loneliness is a really great track and the HATE DEPT remix of it just blew me away. Other strong tracks are We fall Away, Shine, and All Without A Sound. I recomment anyone into good dark wave elctro or just good music in general to check out this CD.
Japanese Carcrash is sooooo cool!
author: Kelly WilkeThis CD is amazing. "We Fall Away" is the best electronic dance song I've heard in a long time. Most of the songs are pretty dark and all synthesizers, but the Casey's vocals are cool and smooth. I cant wait to see them play, I know it will be a great show.
