notes
Jane fuller is a singer-songwriter-guitarist from Pasadena, California. She has been performing professionally for several years throughout Southern California at various venues such as coffeehouses, lounges, casuals, political events, etc. Jane's first instrument was piano when she was a child. She picked up the guitar a few months later and fell in love with the instrument. Jane's career has taken her through many styles of music such as rock, Latin-rock, classical, blues, and jazz.
This CD, produced by Jane Fuller and Armando Compean, features Jane singing jazz standards and contemporary blues while accompanying herself on an acoustic-electric guitar on several of the tracks. The arrangements also feature some of L.A.'s most talented session players, notably, Lee Thornburg on trumpet and trombone, Armando Compean on bass, Stuart Elster and Rich Eames on keyboards, and Lee Spath on drums and percussion.
"I love a well written song, with a clear structure," says Jane. "That's why I chose these tunes to be on my CD." Her three original tunes, also included on the CD, reflect her love of standard song forms.
Jane hopes that you would enjoy her music and also visit her website.

You're Gonna come back again...
author: Wayne Kurtz'Gonna cause trouble" sounds like the best way to go these days, not to drift into the middle lanes of life with the Eisenhower-fifties plethora of boredom and new refrigerators....Yes, I heard this bumper music as well on Doug Mc Intyre's KABC radio show this morning...
Fun and extremely listenable. I'm a new fan.
author: George GoldbergAn excellent selection of songs that showcase Ms. Fuller's voice and personality. I like it alot!
Very enjoyable.
author: C.MazzaJane hit a homerun with her selections of songs to record. Her voice was made for this CD. Keep up the good work. CD Baby marketing is also very humorous and enjoyable.
