An original birthday pop song your family can enjoy.

notes

My father wrote a song called happy birthday. He would sing this song, vocals only, to people who were having a birthday. When my father found out that he had cancer, I wanted to do something special for him. I wrote a reggae melody for his song.
This is a tribute to both of my parents, they will be greatly missed.! Ivanhoe also won a talent show at the Apollo Theather,in Harlem, NY."Singing "The Lord's Prayer" He can also be seen in the movie "The Ink Well" "By Matty Rich" Ivanhoe is the one near the end of the picture walking away from the movie theather crossing the street with a younglady wearing a orange kango cap & sunglasses. Elaine C. Irving, his wife would always support her man in whatever he did in life. Ivanhoe known for leaving one with a story would always say it's very annoying when you trying to show someone how to do a certain thing and before you can finish showing them their telling you i already know how to do it. So Ivanhoe would say have you heard the story about "The Wasp & The Bee"?" One day the bee was showing the wasp how to make honey and before the bee could finish showing him how to do it the wasp kept saying to the bee i know how to do it already. So the bee saids to the wasp okay seeing that you know how to do it already i won't show you no more. So that's why up until this day the only thing that the wasp can make is the cone he still can't make the honey.! "Ivanhoe F.Irving."Aug,2,1923.to Jan,27,2001. & Elaine C.Irving.Sept,6,1928.to May,4,2001. R.I.P. Much Respect love y'all always sincerely your son Ivan M.Irving.

after a long hard days work form that grueling 9-5 that we love to hate, i enjoy nothing more than kicking my feet up, a tall glass of wine, fruit by candle light and most importantly, the sassy, yet subtle jazzy tunes of yo happy birthday that sings its harmonic flava in my ears and to my soul! its easy listening at its finest! koffee in atl

This is a great song. I don't like hearing The traditional Happy Birthday song on my birthday, but if my friends and family would play this I would have a Happy Birthday.

I have played it for my family every birthday for a while and everyone says the same thing, that it isn't your birthday until you have heard the new and improved birthday song. This song is great for all ages!!!!

The cd is nice. I just happen to like all kinds of music including jazz. So, I am versatile when it comes to choice in music. Very good.

  • I enjoy mellow, jazzy, style music. Nothing hard on my ears

Took an ordinary song, which became ordinary due to the popularity to always sing it during millions of birthdays, and made it special and unique. This CD is easy on the ears and soothing beats not hard and aggressive.

  • A Very Hip and Sassy version of an original tune.

This is a very hip and sassy version of an old original tune. It is unique with it carribean appeal. Makes you sway your hips to a beat that we hear every year!
