The Israeli-Hebrew production "Fiddler On The Roof"opened in Israel at the Alhambra Theater in June 1965. The show was an instantaneous hit and starred Bomba Zur, one of Israel's most talented and prolific actors. Zur also starred in the YIDDISH cast of "Fiddler On The Roof" also a smash hit in Israel. He was featured in the Israeli Cast version of the Lerner and Loewe musical, "My Fair Lady".
