Inner City Bluez plays the blues mixed with R&B and Rock weaved with soul, jazz, pop and funk. Formed in 2004 through their love of the blues and coincidental circumstance, every player brought their taste of other genres and styles to the table (or basement would be more appropriate) to create the Inner City Bluez sound.
Strong and Dynamic vocals; Happy, rhythmic rock guitar; Bluesy, spicy saxophone; Fat, funky bass; and Steady, precise drums are what you will hear on your musical ride.
The title-inspired first track "Wild Bluez Singer" will make you want to dance to the cool sound of this song. "I Need a Man" has a southern pop-rock feel that is impossible not to move to followed up with the cool and jazzy sound of "New Guitar". Lay back and close your eyes to get the full effect of the slow blues in "Where the Sun Don’t Shine". If you want to swing, check out "Help Me Lord", then crank it up and rock out to "Old Rock and Roll".
