Inca Son, meaning "Sound of the Incas", is a vibrant music and dance ensemble that plays the music of its native Peru and of Latin America. They are the past recipients of the Boston Music Award for "Best World Music Act". They are also the first Peruvian group to win the coveted INDEPENDENT MUSIC AWARD in 2007! Also a song finalist in the 2008 Great American Song Contest. Inca Son's vibrant sound has entertained audiences of all ages throughout the world. They have played on some of the greatest stages around the world, including Carnegie Hall, Boston's Symphony Hall (with the Boston Pops), Kennedy Center, US Capitol, the White House, Red Square in Moscow, Russia and the Teatro del Verme in Milan, Italy, just to name a few.
