Ian Davidson is Associate Professor of Music at Texas State University, Associate Principal Oboe of the Austin Symphony, Associate Principal Oboe of the Austin Lyric Opera and Solo English Horn of the Bear Valley Music Festival. His many international solo and chamber concerts have taken him to the far reaches of the globe, including performances at Rachmaninoff Hall in Moscow, Cheung Theater in Hong Kong and Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires. This recording is the fourth in a series of recordingswith the Wild Basin Winds. Other recordings include: "Christmas", "Three for Three", and "Ferdinand the Bull".
