notes

HUG-A-CACTUS (See free sticker offer below): It sort of like an effigy of life hopefully its a mainly happy thing however its got it's rough cutting edges ;)
Hugacactus calls their style of music "Eclectica" because they play many genre of music.

When John Scholfield and Mike Carroll first started working on the tunes on what was to become "The Road To..." CD, they decided they would not relegate themselves to just one type of music. Especially because they both enjoy listening and playing almost every style of music. They are not afraid to play unique new arrangements of styles and let them all hang out. John and Mike's musical tastes extend from good ole rock n roll to jazz to new age to classical to old ballads (there's a ballad that's traces back over 200 years ago on the CD Track 9 "Banks of The Ohio"). You can enjoy this wide range of musical tastes all on one CD.

Here's what the people are saying:
IMG - "Very original sounding material... Good musicianship and orchestration. This band does not follow any patterns which is refreshing! This material is well written."
TAXI - "I like the casual, down home vibe of the tracks & bluesy/folkish melodic and harmonic elements."
