Rhythmic Poetry-Hip/hop with an Intelligent Message
author: William and the RadioIndy.com Reviewer Team"Fussin' & Fightin'" is the latest single brought to you by Holly's Hand. The song is comprised of a rhythmic poetry delivered by Max and Keeira, as well as a chorus delivered by Keeira and her niece Ayanna. The lyrics preach understanding of societal issues and a hope for change. There is a nice relationship created between the vocalists and a very positive energy in their delivery. The arrangements are reminiscent of "Old-School" hip-hop and create an appropriate sound for the message. Bottom line is the song is fun and intensely political at the same time. Check it out if you enjoy hip-hop with a message or religious rap.
