Henry iglesias is arguably one of the best English or Spanish singer songwriters today. his music is a perfect reflection of both his American and Latino upbringings, and if you’ve ever heard him live, you become an instant fan.
In his debut cd en espanol “Mis Raices” (which means my roots) he explores and experiments with styles such as blues, reggee, rock salsa, simple ballads and even classical music.
He has an unbelievable singing voice and can bring it with rock, soul, or smooth. His lyrics are passionate, clever and deep, his music is eclectic, original and without borders, and he is a monster on the guitar, the piano and the harmonica.
His band of world class players, James (el jam) Lum on guitars and bass, Gabriel Santana Falcon on drums and percussion, Andy Weiner on the keyboards, Grecco Burrato on acoustic guitar all turn in grammy leval performances on a cd that is obviously produced and mixed by pros.
Henry Iglesias debut english cd “3 billion seconds” was reviewed as a “masterpiece”.
