Her music awakens an ancient memory in people across the planet. Helen's music is an integral part of my Biodanza work. It evokes profound experiences in all who dance to her rhythms."

Helen is from Cork in Southern Ireland. She grew up in London and studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.She is a singer, pianist, composer, lyricist and musical director.
Helen has recorded and produced several albums. Her New Age music is inspired by nature and the divine,and her passion for dance.Her latest CD ‘To the Flame’ is played widely in free form dance events in the UK and abroad.
As well as recording, Helen writes music for stage, she composed the music for the acclaimed multicultural opera version of the classic story 'The Secret Garden'.
Helen is also a gifted jazz singer and contemporary pianist.She has performed solo at world renowned jazz club Ronnie Scott’s, and formed the Celtic/African/Jazz band ‘Luminus'.
