Passionate and Powerful
author: Scot GilmoreThis project is the outgrowth of a man who has obviously been changed, hence the title, Change the World. Phil transmits true passion and musical precision at the same time- not many others can make this claim. I really enjoyed this work the first time I heard it and I have repeatedly enjoyed rediscovering it time and again.
