notes
Greenfyre is a family band playing and singing traditional Celtic music and our own traditional-style compositions. Our shows include Irish step-dancing by the children, who have been dancing and competing since 1999. Traditional Irish flute and whistle weave their magic throughout while accordion, mandolin and young voices add their own vibrant tone to the chorus. The beat of the Irish drum (bodhran) quickens your pulse, bringing to your senses the uplifting excitement of the Emerald Isle……
“……we have received a lot of positive feedback from our patrons about your show……your energy on stage was amazing and your love for the music simply shined through….”
Stoughton Opera House
“I once again would like to tell you how many compliments we continue to have on your St. Patty’s Day show. Our customers are already looking forward to next year!”

Nice mix, so it doesn't get boring....just leave it on and let it loop around. Like to see their show sometime, that step-dancing looks cool.

author: AB PoehlmanThis is a must have album of Irish music. Once you put your CD on, you will have to put down your book, or whatever you are doing, so you can just listen. The arrangements are very "tasefully" done and make you want to have more.
