Chosen by BILLBOARD MAGAZINE as one of the TOP INDEPENDENT ARTISTS IN THE UNITED STATES, - GORDON VINCENT IS A SINGER SONGWRITER ON THE EDGE . . . OF SOMETHING!
His blend of roots-rock, americana, folk and blues has been described as "***SPRINGSTEEN ARMWRESTLING WAITS IN DYLAN'S KITCHEN!***" . . . . . . . . Well, actually, it may have been "***KEROUAC MUD-WRESTLING GHANDI IN ROBERT MITCHUM'S DEN!***" . . . . . . . . . But, come to think of it, "***JOHN MAYER TWO-STEPPING WITH RYAN ADAMS IN KRIS KRISTOFFERSON'S SHED!***" - sure does ring a bell, too?
Following the critical nods elicited by his first two discs, YOU SHOULD KNOW and RINGER, both on Hornepayne, (Nashville), Gordon bought himself A NEW PAIR OF PANTS with a credit card check and has rededicated himself to writing songs. His upcoming disc, tentatively entitled, A MILLION MILES and/or CONFESSIONS OF A HUMMINGBIRD FARMER, (to be produced by americana iconoclast, TOM GHENT) will spotlight his depth and range as an artist, while nurturing a profound appreciation for his audience.

Couldn't Ask For More
author: AngelaThis CD has monopolized my ears since I got it. Smart, beautiful, fun, dark at times, always moving. I love every second and cannot wait to hear more. Thank you for giving us this incredible piece of you Gordon!

If you're looking for a little bit of everything, Gordon's album will bring you it all: peace, energy, reflection and a little darkness. He can't help but be true to himself.
This brilliant CD makes your heart ache and your soul bleed.
author: Roberta PariginiI have never been as inspired, touched and obsessed by any CD as I am with this one. I play it constantly. How criminal is it that Mr. Vincent is not the King of the World?
Watch out John Mayer!
author: AllisonThis cd is FABULOUS... its like John Mayer and Dave Matthews(two of my favorites)blended together. When I got the cd I listened to it for weeks straight. Gordon's music provides a soft quiet tone... it puts you in "relaxing mode". I go to bed and wake up listening to his cd!... truely amazing Gordon,... Allison
Too much to name...
author: ShawnIt's got the soul of Charlie Parker and the rebel of Bob Dylan. What a great combination. This guy is breaking new ground, and hitting close to home too. The album never gets old making it a great buy.
Don't miss out!!!!
author: Vicki RosarioAnyone who doesn't buy this cd is truly missing out on an awesome talent. Each song hits you to your core and you can't help but feel something. This cd goes from Rockin' the house down with Too Short to be a Man to quiet and pensive with Nobody But Myself - and so honest. It's a gem and I plan on buying more to send to friends. Thank you Gordon!!!!
You Should Know is comfort food for the soul.
author: Shauna Japp, Toronto, CanadaHold on because the music of Gordon Vincent will take you on one hell of an amazing ride. Gordon Vincent’s debut album gives you a taste of his powerful rockin’ vocals. From the gritty sound of I Can’t Be Your Boy to the silkiness of Feels Like Rain. Drink in the haunting lyrics of Always Alone and feel the rhythms of the guitar in the title track You Should Know and Get Up On It Now. Be prepared, this CD will rock you and your baby.
Makes you wanna stalk him
author: Rachel OwenThis CD rocks, soothes, disturbs--all the good stuff in one. Tough to tire of this one. One of the best performing songwriters of our time. Be thrilled to be his contemporary. Buy this CD. You too may become a stalker. Not that I...uhhh...You caught me.
