Musically the album is, of course, highly ambient. The synths combined with delicate piano lines start the process and maintain it as the soft female voice guides you through the auditory journey. The production quality of this album is good and it certainly achieves the correct mood and is well thought out in its purpose. The album features one track with narration and a second track without. It's a nice option to have, catering to whatever mood you may be in. So, if you are looking to find your way into a peaceful and relaxed state, give this CD a listen.
