Geo C and Tha Storm
Fall 2005
Although Geo C and Tha Storm have only been playing together since 2003, there is a lifetime of musical talent playing in this 8 member all male SHOW BAND (each member is an accomplished musician in his own right). Ace Holmes (Drums - Vocals) , Keith Crockett (Bass), Mark Hanley and Tyrone Williams (Guitars - Vocals), Tommy Butch (Sax) and A.J. Skratch (DJ). Craig Burney (keys). Geo C. sings vocals and play keyboards. Geo’s abilities as an accomplished composer, writer, arranger, and producer contribute greatly to the SHOW BANDS great success.
With their roots in Jazz, Soul, and Classic Rock, it is no wonder they have created a truly dynamic and fresh sound in an industry dominated by manufactured bands and synchronized sounds. Geo C. and Tha Storm’s style of Funk is pleasing to all ages. Their original music and positive lyrics dominate all shows. The 110% performance and their “All Out” Style provides a complete evening of entertainment from the Opening Act (provided) to the close of their show

The ability to fuse “sweet Grooves” and outstanding lyrics sets this unit apart from the rest of the pack. The high energy level of the performers not only exhausts the musicians but the blown away audience as well! Everyone goes home truly fulfilled!
The band injects real showmanship and true talent into the Finest of the Funk.
Geo C and Tha Storm has opened or headlined venues locally (Youngstown Ohio) at Powers Auditorium and the City Fest . Regionally they have hit in Michigan, Pa, West Virginia, Virginia etc.
The guys have opened for or played with National acts such as, The Whispers, P Funk, Fishbone, O’Jays, Kool And The Gang, as well as many other great artists. In 2003 they appeared on the Good Morning America show. This Month (April 2005) they will appear on the Local Fox Affiliate station’s “Left of Center” program.
Geo C and tha Storm have 3 cds to their credit on Earthtone Records, distributed by Urban Life Music. The 2004 hit “TAKE TIME TO LOVE” (currently sold out) and The 2005 Cd TFE – “TRUTH FUNK EXPERIENCE”. The third cd “A BETTER WAY”, Has just been released (Fall 2005).
Geo C and tha Storm have worked hard to establish a following regionally and now with national exposure there is no doubt that they are on the verge of something big!
