notes
Born in South Africa, raised in England, Paul Tracey has performed internationally, appeared on Broadway and The Tonight Show and written songs for The Muppets.
His Broadway credits include “Wait a Minim!” - the show that he co-authored that ran internationally for 7 years, The Rothschilds, The Boy Friend and Company (in London’s West End.)
Since the early ’70’s he has been creating and performing his one man shows generally for school audiences, but also for libraries, women’s clubs and for family audiences.
The California Alliance for Arts Education gave him a “lifetime achievement award” in 1997 and in 2001 he received the “service award” from the California Dance Education Association
Paul's sense of humor is at the same time both silly and sophisticated and will appeal to the parents as much as to the children.
