Gat Tan Day, a Hanoi-based Alt. rock band formed in 1996. Their music is unique, unmistakable, and their witty lyrics set themselves a very own style in Vietnamese music scene.
This debut album, released in 2006, is a must-have for Vietnamese alternative rock lovers.
Recently, the band has won "Song of the Month" for October 2006 for the song Dam Cuoi Chuot (the title song of this album), and finally got the "Most Impressive Composer Award" in "Vietnamese Songs 2006", awarded by Vietnam Television.

Gạt Tàn Đầy (GTD) là một trong những nhóm Alternative Rock tiêu biểu của Việt Nam. Thành lập từ năm 1996 tại Hà nội, GTD thường biểu diễn tại các show và festival pop rock dành cho sinh viên, trước khi được biết đến rộng rãi với các sáng tác rất riêng biệt. Lời ca đôi chỗ hóm hỉnh và tự trào tuy nhiên vẫn mang nhiều tính triết lý. Album chính thức đầu tiên được phát hành năm 2006 với tên Đám Cưới Chuột, cũng là tên một ca khúc đã giúp mang lại tên tuổi cho GTD. Trong album này, các câu chuyện được kể một cách tự nhiên, với cách viết ca từ giản dị và hóm hỉnh, cùng với âm nhạc đặc trưng của GTD. Nếu bạn muốn tìm một album rock từ Việt nam, thì không thể bỏ qua album này.
