GAME INFLIKTED, comprised of In$ain, Heat, Monstah Manson, ManChild, and DJ SLoYoRo were all born & raised in San Francisco, California. The group formed in 1999 when In$ain and Heat decided to combine their talents and form a new and unique sound. Soon after, Manchild, a classmate of Heat's, was brought in to help establish a better musical balance. In 2003, GAME INFLIKTED hooked up with JT the Bigga Figga and Get Low Records to release their debut album "The Chronicles", which made noise in the Bay Area underground.
After "The Chronicles", Heat went on to explore new methods of pushing the group to new heights, and he began recording with his uncle, acclaimed Bay Area producer SWAMPKAT. He then met Swamp's younger brother, Monstah Manson, whose style blended in perfectly with the GAME INFLIKTED sound. The group was now 4-strong, and Heat & In$ain decided to enhance their live performances with a DJ. And so DJ SloYoRo (Heat's older brother) joined GAME INFLIKTED to widen their horizons, providing cuts & scratches over In$ain's melodic production.
'Big Business and Blunt Smoke' is the latest chapter in the underground hip-hop chronicles of one of the Bay's most talented and prolific producers, In$ain, and his all-star Game Inflikted cast, including Heat, mr. vigs, Shawn Vega and Savvy Savalicious, D.E.O., Bam, Mr. King, Fatback, and of course, DJ SloYoRo.
