G3 Rap (aka Mario Gordon) is a saxophonist, lyricist & producer from Detroit, Michigan. Still Groovin' is the second full length CD from G3 Rap. G3 Rap creates urban soundtracks for today & tomorrow. Still Groovin' is hip hop: hard hitting with something for the mind & the dance floor. After performing in several R&B, contemporary jazz & funk bands in the metropolitan Detroit area (sharing the stage with such notables as Alex Bugnon, Najee, Chico De Barge, Jean Carne, Tim Bowman, Roy Ayers, Ollie Woodson, etc.) Mario decided in 2002 to flip the script & pursue his passion for hip hop. Since then G3 Rap has blazed many stages with his unique blend of hip hop, funk & contemporary groove music.
