notes
"The Fiction 20 Down sound is something your ears have never known, but trust... it'll have you feeling at home in no time."
Baltimore's Fiction 20 Down released their debut album "Down n' Out + Up n' Rising" in the spring of 2007. The full-length release envelops a variety of musical styles to form an acoustic rock brew that's truly original. Chronicling the youthful pursuit of happiness (wherein ignorance is bliss... until the morning after), "Down n' Out + Up n' Rising" offers a lyrical depth and poignancy uncommon in music today. Fiction 20 Down introduce their emotive, homebrewed delivery with "the Weather", the first single off of their debut.
The architects of the Fiction 20 Down sound are guitarist Todd Hipsley and vocalist Jordan Lally.
"Down n' Out + Up n' Rising" was recorded, mixed and produced by Jordan Lally for The Reveler Record Company.
