    I originally purchased this album based on the fact that I had a compelation with the song "Welcome to My Life" on it. I absolutely LOVE that song. The rest of the album did not disappoint. Highly reccomended!!!

So i found her web site and bought all her cd's ive been listening to them non stop, in my car, in my cd player, in my computer. She just takes me to another place.. every one needs to check this women out. there is nothing else out ther like her.     This is one of the best albums of the year. Melissa starts off with a fan favorite, "Welcome to My Life" and then continues with the journey through her heart. She has blunt, witty, cut-to-the chase lyrics and this album follows that style. "Mercy", "I Still Love You", and "Sky Above" are built upon beautiful melodies that just draw you right in over and over again. "Sky Above" reflects Melissa's common theme of leaving her mind at the mercy of her emotions, softly repeating the chorus "Sky above, ground below. Your lips move and my heart lets go". I highly recommend this album!

    Every Melissa album keeps getting better and better and this is no exception, with the song which I believe is her anthem (every singer's got one), "Welcome to My Life". Every time I listen to it I hear something new, and for as many times as I've played it, that should be endorsement enough. (And she's really cute, too. See her live -- not only cuz she's so beautiful but because she puts on an incerdible show.)
