"A gentle soul comes through on this CD, and plenty of integrity, too. Oh, and there are some lovely, unforced high notes - the head tones have heart. It's a pleasure to spend time with Rusty Ferracane."

that's life
author: Budvery nice! I have followed this pro for a long time as an actor. The renditions of "You lift me Up and "Impossible Dream are especially impressive. Rusty was terrific in recent musical revue at the Phoenix Theatre. Was great to see him back on the stagein Doubt also
Terrific voice, terrific arrangements, and terrific orchestration
author: MarianneAn absolute joy to listen to - it has your feet tapping and then takes you to tenderness and such rich emotion. I loved Mama, I've got rhythm - actually, I loved the entire CD. Highly recommend.
A fresh and intriguing voice , a delightful rendition of classics
author: Adrian ZangirolamiRusty's singing goes from ethereal to forceful with an outstanding easyness, thanks to his amazing vocal range, that goes from baritonal depths to light tenor prowess. Very thoughtful and elegant arrangements are featured in all the tunes. My preferred ones are Lazy River and Once Upon a Time. The new songs will soon be classics, merit of the lirics and the score. Rusty is the catalist that brings it all together!
Soulful singing, sensitive storytelling, a volume well worth owning.
author: Steven Amadeus KohnSoulful singing, beautiful vocal intonation, sensitive storytelling, lovely arrangements, a good balance of standards and fresh newer material, a recording well worth consideration for anyone who loves musical theater, cabaret and the American Songbook.
Fantastic - amazing - arrangements are clever and innovative!
author: Marty GThis CD is fantastic. The voice, the arrangements -- all of it. Rusty's rich, powerful voice is unbelievably flawless. His interpretation of each song is amazing. I can hardly wait for his next CD.
An amazing artist...a true singer's singer!

Rusty's voice and the arrangements are unbelievble!
author: James McManamanI have had the pleasure of listening to Rusty live, some years ago and was so happy to learn of his CD. His voice is so soothing and so well complimented by the arrangements and the musicians selected for this debut CD. That's Life is a wonderful CD, one that will make me smile.

Diverse and exciting songs with great arrangements
author: LaynaThis CD is an adventure into another time; when singers could really sing and the artistry of the performers bring you into your own little paradise. No need to watch this singer to feel his every emotion, understand his every word, and bask in his golden voice.
This album is expertly sung and played.
author: Craig BohmlerThis album is expertly sung and played. The orchestra is first rate and Rusty's voice is warm, even and mellifluous. The tracks contain standards as well as some more contemporary work and he seems to acheive each style with great finesse.
