New Look at Music of Neil Diamond!

Forever Inspired, an instrumental tribute to legendary Neil Diamond, is created by a loyal fan/musician who first heard his music years ago, back home in South Asia! Various musical styles used here bring a fresh new look and feel to Diamond songs that we all love! Whether you want to dance to the Caribbean flavored, "The Last Picasso" or "Beautiful Noise", sing along with "Sweet Caroline", Samba to highly popular "I'm a Believer", or simply relax to the melancholy "Red Red Wine" or spiritual "Holly Holy", this album caters to your desires. Each song is performed with a unique style with no two sounding the same. The styles include reggae, carnival, Latin, Indian, pop, classical, and more. This debut album captures the passions and feelings of a longtime Neil Diamond fan turned musician. The CD also contains two upbeat compositions by the artist of this album: "Solitary Song" and "For You."

This is the first time in the last 35 years of Neil Diamond's successful career; anyone has single-handedly created an instrumental album that contains entire re-arrangements and full orchestration of his music in world fusion! This is also the first time that a female and a foreign-born, independent artist has done an entire album with Diamond's music!

South Asian born, Tustin, California resident, Fawzia Begum started her musical training at an early age in Indian music. As a child she used to sing and has performed at various cultural gatherings and her father's political campaigns. After developing greater desires for instruments, later Fawzia started performing mandolin at university and other smaller gatherings and gave a television performance back home. After coming to the US, she completed two semesters of piano and two semesters of classical/flamenco guitar at junior colleges to fulfill her musical desires, while pursuing her regular higher education. Music has always been her number one passion. Over the years in the United States, she got into western music, taught herself arrangements and started composing while working on her tribute to the music of Neil Diamond for the past one year. On May 18, 2003, Fawzia was interviewed by a Monterey radio station KNRY, 12:40 AM after the release of her debut album. You can read the international reviews of her CD on Amazon.com.
