A STRONG AND PROMISING ACT
author: Danny King - 81SynthThe debut-release for this Swedish-duo who have less of a Vince Clarke influence to their sound when compared to that of many a current Swedish Synth Pop act, while Fantazja also add something of a slightly harder feel and edge to their brand of Synth Pop on this, their highly impressive debut where there is plenty of variation among the full thirteen-tracks on offer, but, at that remaining clearly within the Synth Pop framework where stand-out tracks include the superb, and solid rhythms of Sing This Song, the somewhat similar Katy, the up-tempo opener How I Feel and Make A Wish too the sharp synths and snappy rhythms of Instruct Me Further along with additional, and excellent tracks of note You Ask Me Of Nothing, Speechless, Something Else and Fist Meets Face too the rigid mid-paced rhythms of Remedy, and the somewhat similar Dwell from a strong and promising act.
