notes
Eli "EZ" Malone Born April 10th 1961 to the Late Catherine and Emmanuel Malone. EZ is the 11th child out of 15 children. EZ started playing the guitar at the young age of 5. Gospel greats such as The Blind Boys, The Dixie Hummingbirds, and the Staple Singers have influenced him all along the way. Also such blues giants as BB King, John Lee Hooker, and rock guitar legend Jimi Hendrix have inspired EZ to create his own very special blend of the blues. EZ & The Heat are playing the blues all over North Carolina and they hope to spread this very special music nationwide. So sit back, take a listen, and you be the judge. We think you'll find that when EZ's on your stereo the heat of his blues will set your speakers on fire!

Blues all my life
author: Earl WMy wife and I met EZ on Nov 8, 2007 while down in the Outer Banks, NC. EZ is amazing and I wish I had gotten his number.
brilliant new group on the blues albums scene
author: MisterBisterevery cut on this cd is a keeper - great mix of jumpin' blues and slow ballads - lots of inspiration in songs like 'blues all my life' and 'hilary don't listen' - i'm still chucklin' - maybe the best single blues tune i've in a very long time is 'you don't love me no more' - please, Eli you've got to make some more cds for these thirsty ears.
