Boston based DJ/Producer ERX is back with another high energy CD release. HOUSE TECHNOLOGY begins with four straight forward club-friendly house and progressive house tracks. The vibe starts semi-deep with an old school sounding filter track and classic 909 rhythms. The beats progress, travelling through hypnotic tech crescendos toward a big-room club anthem.
At about the halfway point the release moves toward the trance realm. The old school ecstasy-filled sounds of "Xtasy Tranz" and "Berlin (ERX mix)" will take your mind on a trip down rave-memory lane.
This release concludes with remix contributions from two other artists. ADRIAN FLUX (Klub Mukke, Vienna Austria) provides an off key piano riff laden house mix of "Berlin". SOUL OF THE PHOENIX provides an amazing epic trip hop/drum 'n bass interpretation of the same song that stretches the definition of "remix" (in a good way).
