Balance Art and Rock - But Don't Give Up Your God Given Right to Sing Along; Melodic Alternative Rock.

notes

For some, the paths of life are predictable and unchallenged. We wake, go to work, come home, sit around, and do it all over again. A 5 piece band out of Seattle, Endeavor creates melodic rock to challenge the norm. Their music blends technical and progressive guitar driven songs with the rhythmic and melodic qualities of rock's earlier days. Endeavor attempts to balance the opposing forces of hard-rock and art, without compromising your God given right to sing along.

Endeavor’s 2006 debut full length 11 track release Cartography showcases
both the band’s songwriting and musicianship throughout songs of varying character. Songs such as "Cacophony" and "Teach Yourself a Language" pour out an anthemic vocal overtone while the methodical "A Star in the Glass" and "On Occasion(s)" take aim at the subtleties and beauty of the day to day.
