notes
Edwin Dare has been characterized as a blend between Queensrÿche, Judas Priest and Dream Theater, but the truth is that the band just stands out as completely original.
Lineup includes Jeff Kollman on Guitar, Tommy Kollman on drums, Kevin Chown on Bass, and fronted by the devistating Bryce Barnes on Vocals.
The band spend the first half of the 90's touring the states with three releases The Unthinkable Deed, Cant Break Me, and My time To Die up until the now ten year hiatis which began in 95.
Can't Break Me features heavy metal styled compositions. The diversity and musicianship on this release are just amazing and guitarists will have a hard time choosing their favorite solo -- there are a dozen to pick from. Tracks such as "Never Had Time" and "Don't Listen To Your Head" stand out with super choruses and massive riffs . Now including unreleased bonus track. Heavy Metal, total running time, 46:00

A classy and skilled album of metal masterpieces
author: Ian HIf your preference is for beautifully played and composed songs, crammed with infectious riffs and solos so juicy with phrasing and chops, yet melodic and offer a mini drama. If you like to hear soaring vocals full of character and at times humour. If you like to hear a band play and write together with vision and sincerity, that doesn't sound like the other sea of clones trying to impress with fake and shallow music that has nothing to say or convey emotionally. If you like bands like Queensryche, Judas Priest and then some...... ....if you have been nodding your head vigorously at most of what I have said, you need to urgently fill a huge void in your music collection....NOW!
