notes
A bit of Ed's background:
In the year 1974, while stationed in Hawaii with the United States Marine Corps, Ed was inspired to play guitar. There were many bands that influenced the kind of music he wanted to play; Cat Stevens, The Eagles, America, and especially The Moody Blues.
After years of being self-taught, Ed began to write his own music. Life's trials, weather, success or failures, his hands never left the guitar.
Music is a passion of Ed's, learning new chords and writing new songs under the influence of God's precious Spirit. Many of the songs he has written are love songs, ballads and spiritual songs. Ed has even ventured into writing songs for weddings.
For Ed, life has been a learning experience and in his music you'll hear the heart of God in him.
There is no greater love in his heart than the love of Jesus Christ. His hope is that all who hear will themselves also receive that blessed salvation that can only come from our Savior.

Here are a few words from Ed:
"Life has been a long road for me with trials no one could ever prepare for. As for myself and others, family rejected me when Jesus became a part of my life. This was the beginning of life.
We look at others and assume the road they have traveled. Many have deep wounds, scars and difficult miles traveled behind them. Those of us who the grace of God has redeemed are the apple of His eye; the last shall be first. Our struggles may be great, yet Jesus is our Lord.
To be a child of God, is to be a servant who walks in humility and unconditional love. Pray for the fruit of God’s Spirit to be active in your heart." - Ed Trudeau

I'll Be There
author: Darlene EllaThis CD sounds so cool. All real, organic instruments! It gets so tiresome trying to find music that isn't all distortion, synthesized, and computerized. But I found it here. This stuff is the real deal :-) Very interesting arrangements . . . not the boring same old - same old. This is a breath of fresh air. Thanks Ed! I can't wait for your next release!!

author: Willian StanleyWhat an awesome album! I am impressed with the wide variety of styles on this. Just when you think you've got Ed figured out, he does a 90 degree turn on you. Very entertaining. The melodies are so catchy, they keep playing over and over in my head. Not a bad song in the bunch. Most importantly, they touched my hearty and ministered to me.
