Thoughtful Take on Our Generation
author: ClaireA friend of mine loaned me this EP and I've really enjoyed it. The first four songs square up against the growing divide between the haves and the have-nots in America, and the last two go in a more personal direction. On the quieter songs, Hoekstra sings in a kind of rap-whisper. Sweet.
