I did allreddy had the first releas off this album that copy did only have a inlay. Now Donna made a real booklet witth all lyrics (thanx)and put it in a digipack. So also did have to get this release. The songs on this album are so amazing and lovely. hope your new mantra CD will be released soon Donna i can't wait to hear your voice more and more.

author: JustinI have already reviewed the album, but I have to comment on the new packaging. It is great! There is a new digi-pak format (no plastic used), new cover, and new artwork. In the 20 page booklet, there are pictures from the Sky is Open music video, and lyrics!! The music is still just as touching as it was the first time I listened to it and for anyone who doesn't have this amazing album yet, get it now!

To my ear Donna's best to date. It's what's on my iPod, it's what's in my car. I find myself humming and whistling the tunes. Great job. Outstanding album. The video is deluxe!

Great producer for bringing out the best in one of the most heartfelt singers in our world today. Another step in the evolution of her solo career and one in which I have wondered would ever happen and it did. I will cherish this record now and for as long as I am still able to listen to music. Thanks for the beauty.

Utterly enjoyable
author: MaxxVery pleasent mixture of soft pop with soulful background. Dont expect a cd to play while carrying out your home chores but its great to listen to with the lights down and a good glass of wine. Excellent atmosphere. Bravo!
Keeping the groove alive
author: RyanYet again Donna De Lory takes pop to a new level with "Sky Is Open". Donna's earthy, elegant voice is perfectly complimented with Mac Quayle's produciton; pay close attention to remixed version of "In The Sun" and see just what I'm talking about. While very similar to Donna's previous releases ( check out the original versions of some of these tracks on the release "In The Glow" ) "Sky Is Open" infuses a subtle beat-driving attitude to these tracks. Donna's lyrics read like poetry, smooth and flowing, full of grace and emotion. Check out the track "Maybe" for a heavy dose of inspiration and her latest version of "Where Are You Now" for something new from an old favorite.
This is SUCH a great album, Donna does it again!

Donna's new cd, is worth the money. It is a wonderful and beatiful album, in which Donna sings beautifull about love, life, and relationships. If you enjoyed Bliss you will enjoy this one as well!! Donna has a voice like milk and honey and will warm you even on the darkest day.

author: Frank JiménezDefinitely Donna is an angel fallen from Heaven. She has to be, because this new CD is a gift from an angel. Blue eyed angel and Sky is open are my favorite songs on this album. I'be been a fan of Madonna since 1990, and I knew about Donna because of M, but now I can say I'm a fan of Donna on her own, because of the AMAZING performer she is. I've been waiting for this CD so badly, and now that I'm listening to it and enjoying this fantastic music, sounds and voice I'm very happy. Thanks Donna for giving us the gift of your art. Don't you ever stop doing it.
